Reservations:
You can make reservations as far in advance as you would like. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for short notice requests.
Cancellation:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made by either credit card or check.
Refunds should appear within 7-10 working days depending on policies by the credit card provider or delivery by US Postal Mail.
Billing:
Payment must be in our office within 30 days. Click here to apply for a net account.
Deposits:
Deposits are required for large groups of 20 passengers or more. A 10 % deposit of the total invoice amount is required at the time of reservation.
